Summit County, Colorado

Providing water services to the Summit Cove Area including Key West Farms, Summit Cove, Summerwood, Keystone West Ranch, Soda Creek, Swan Meadow Village, Meadow Wood, Whispering Pines and Snowberry. The District currently serves nearly 1,425 users in single family homes, duplexes, condominiums and apartments. The build out of the District is projected at 1,800 users.

Voluntary Water Restrictions

Voluntary water restrictions for outside of the home are in effect from May 1^st through September 30^th. 

q       Outside usage is not allowed on Mondays and Thursdays.

q       Outside usage is not allowed between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

q       Hand watering, using either a watering can or a hose with a shut off nozzle is ALLOWED at anytime (no restrictions as to days or time).

q       Outside usage using drip irrigations systems is not restricted.

 The District may impose mandatory water restrictions at anytime should they be necessary.
